In this knowledge session, you will get a complete overview of what this entails — from drawing up clear internal agreements and roles, to implementing ethical frameworks and complying with laws and regulations such as the AI Act and the GDPR .
You will learn how to structure AI governance , create support and integrate AI into existing processes, decision-making and organizational culture. The session offers concrete tools for policy, supervision, risk management and change management around AI.
Learning objectives
1. Establish internal AI frameworks and policies
Formulate AI guidelines for responsible use within teams and projects
Make agreements about the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude
Establish procedures for assessment, transparency and ethical review
2. Clarify roles and responsibilities
Insight into who is responsible for what when using AI (e.g. data owner, assessor, administrator)
Governance structure around the use, evaluation, and supervision of AI systems
Preparing for audits and internal control measures
3. Working within legal and ethical frameworks
Understanding the AI Act : Risk Categories, Obligations and Exceptions
Application of the GDPR when using AI in personal data
