Drafting policy proposals, advice, notes and memos using AI
Adding structure to draft texts and building arguments more logically
Adapt style and tone to different target groups (board, management, implementation, citizens)
Generate summaries, conclusions and recommendations based on draft content
Working with tools like ChatGPT , Copilot or Claude for text production and rewriting
2. AI as a sparring partner in policy development
Using AI to generate alternatives or policy options
Explore scenarios and formulate substantiated choices
Using AI to generate critical questions or reflections on a proposal
